Q1: I don’t know how to purchase a collection?
Q2: I cannot switch between collections.

Q1: I don’t know how to purchase a collection?
A: You can purchase a collection from the Store page.
Touch pink pencil icon pink pencil icon in the lower left > [Store].

Q2: I cannot switch between collections.
A: You can switch between collections from the Collection Bar that appears when you touched pink pencil icon pink pencil icon in the lower left.
When you touch the collection bar currently selected, a list of purchased collections will appear.
Touch the collection you want to use.

Q3: Quality of the saved image is degraded.
A: You can use the Save Settings to save a picture.
Go to Menu > Save Settings.
Choose “Original” to keep the same quality as the original image.

Q4: I want to have more graffiti materials.
A: You can increase materials by purchasing an Additional Collection.
We will continue to release more Additional Collections. Please look out for them!

Q5: As for the false eyelashes stamps, is it OK that I can see only one side?
A: You can change the design of the right side or left side if you touch the “Reverse” button that is displayed on the upper-right (or upper-left) side of the Graffiti when you are using the stamps for false eyelashes and others.

Q6: It seems that items such as stamps that were usable at free are not found in the new collection?
A: Starting from Ver. 3.0, collections usable in the free version are now redesigned to the “First Collection”! The items usable in the free version before can be used if you purchase the “Standard Collection.”

(If you have purchased any version of these collections, you can use both collections without having to purchase it again.)

Q7: Have some of the partial additional collection prices after Ver. 3.0 been raised!?
A: It is true that the price setting has been partially reviewed. The price of the “Standard Collection” has been reduced to unify the price of collections with other equal volumes.

It was not possible to purchase additional collections in Ver. 2.3 or before unless you purchase the “Standard Collection” at the beginning. Therefore, the price of some collections had been set lower.

We don’t think it is easy to set prices that can satisfy all customers; however, we revised them this time, so that we can respect customers who had been purchasing many collections from the past.

Q8: A purchased collections was removed.
A: When you do data recovery or iOS upgrade, the purchased collection may be reset.

To recover the purchased collection, please use the Restore function.

Go to Store and choose the Collection that has been removed, then touch Restore.

* Even if you touch Purchase, no additional charge will be made when you repurchase collections under the same AppleID. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q9: I cannot download a purchased collections.
A: You may not be able to download a collection(s) when you don’t have free storage space bigger than 1GB.(Size of each collection is around 20-30MB).

Please check the available storage of iPhone or iPod touch.

To check the available storage, go to Settings > General > Usage. Then you can check the available storage at the part where it says “Storage ○.○GB Available”.

Q10: I don't know how to pay when I purchase a collection.
A: For purchasing a collection, you need a credit card or iTunes card. Please register a credit card or iTunes card on your AppleID.

To register your credit card, go to Settings > Store page.

To register iTunes card, go to Recommendation in the AppStore and then choose “Redeem Code” that shows at the lowest of the page.

If you have further questions about the registration, please contact iTunes customer support.
* When you purchase a collection, you need to use the same AppleID as you first downloaded RAKUGA-cute.

Q11: The error message “Test account user” occurred and I cannot purchase a collection.
A: If you “jail broke” your iPhone, you may not be able to purchase a collection. Please use the application with a legitimate version of iOS.

Q12: Questions about billing system (Double billing or unable to download paid applications, etc.).
A: For errors about billing, please contact iTunes customer support. Thank you for your understandings.
